SAN JOSE, Starting his third career as a novelist, Doctor Jac published his first book, Rough Waters, The Life of a Naval Intelligence Officer in July 2014. Doctor Jac turned to his experiences growing up and serving in the U.S. Navy as an intelligence officer to tell the story of a man’s life, both personal and professional. Rough Waters is semi‐biographical covering a number of Doctor Jac’s experiences during his naval intelligence service in Asia Pacific.
