SAN JOSE, Starting his third career as a novelist, Doctor Jac published his first book, Rough Waters, The Life of a Naval Intelligence Officer in July 2014. Doctor Jac turned to his experiences growing up and serving in the U.S. Navy as an intelligence officer to tell the story of a man’s life, both personal and professional. Rough Waters is semi‐biographical covering a number of Doctor Jac’s experiences during his naval intelligence service in Asia Pacific.
At the urging from his fans, he launched the Spies with Benefits series.

SAN JOSE, Dr. Jac Fitzenz, Doctor Jac as he is known worldwide, is the father of human capital analytics. He has published 14 books and over 450 articles. He served as a naval intelligence officer in the 1950s. In 2014, he turned to writing fiction, starting his third career as a novelist. His first novel, Rough Waters, is semi‐biographical covering a number of his experiences during his naval intelligence service in Asia Pacific.

He tells the life of a boy growing up in a small Midwestern town who escaped for a wild time in college, then went on to join naval intelligence. A series of clandestine adventures in Asia Pacific, the tragic death of his son and psychosis of his wife culminate in a return home and mending old family wounds. In the end he finds his true love.
